About Mobile App Permissions
Our mobile app asks for a set of permissions. Here’s an overview of each permission and why it’s asked for.
- Identity, i.e. your accounts on the smartphone, is requested for being able to use the mit Facebook einloggen button. We don’t modify any of your accounts. Btw. FB login is not yet available but we are testing it.
- Calendar. We’ve got a lot of people exporting their team calendar to their personal calendar.
- Contacts. Idea here is to add info from your team to your contact list so that your smart phone could show the caller’s name also if the caller is not on your contact list but only on the team member list. We do not modify or remove existing contacts.
- Location is for showing the map for a practice session or a game.
- Photos/Media/Files permission allows the app to enable you to take photos and video and upload to your team’s page. We do not modify, remove or read existing photos or files.
- Photos and videos are what the Camera and Microphone permissions are asked for.
- In-app purchases. We are planning to enable Pro-Paket subscription directly from the app.
